I'm Alfred Perez, and I've called Northwest Indiana home my entire life. I grew up watching this region change :the factories, the neighborhoods, the families. I've seen hardship here, but I've also seen incredible resilience.

I started buying homes in Northwest Indiana because I saw a gap. Families going through impossible situations like foreclosure, death, or even divorce were being taken advantage of by out-of-state investors who didn't know or care about this community. I wanted to do things differently.
